The services which Real Bulgaria offers in the area of immovable properties can be divided in the following groups:
1. Intermediary. Keeping up-to-date database with offers of immovable properties. Search of properties in this database, which corresponds to the buyer’s criteria. Detailed survey and structural analysis of the technical characteristics of a given property. Organization of views of chosen properties. Analysis and comparison of the characteristics of different properties.
2. Accounting-legal. Incorporation of a company, which will become the owner of the immovable property. It includes a preparation of the whole package of documents to be submitted to the relevant district court. Opening bank accounts, necessary for each new company. Check and preparation of all documents necessary for the transfer of the property. After-sale activities related to the declaration of the newly acquired property before the tax authority. Arrangement of the company’s relations with water- and energy supplying companies. Current and annual accounting.
3. Transport. All kinds of transport related to the travel between the points of client’s stay in Bulgaria – from the moment of their arrival to the moment of their departure.
4. Construction-repair. In most cases every new owner wants to repair the property, which they have purchased according to their taste. The construction department of our company can do everything: from tiny refreshment of the existing house to construction of a new house upon an empty site. As well as furnish homes partially or completely.
5. Property management. Most foreign owners of immovable properties do not use them personally all year round. For the period when they cannot look after them, our company offers a package of services from which the client can take advantage completely or partially, depending on the practical requirements for the given property. Main and most frequently used are: payment of the operational expenses of the property, hygienic maintenance, technical maintenance and current repairs, security, insurance, rental.
